Enriching Smiles for You, Your Family, and Your Future
As a black licensed clinical social worker, I provide culturally affirming, trauma informed telehealth therapy in a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. I use an integrative approach that combines research supported therapies with other effective therapeutic modalities, including Brainspotting, to meet your individual goals.
A Space Built With BIPOC Communities in Mind
As a Black therapist, I understand that culture, identity, and lived experiences can shape how we move through the world and how we experience mental health. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and comfortable showing up as your full self. While I welcome clients from all backgrounds, I have a special passion for working with BIPOC individuals seeking culturally affirming care.

Grief isn't just about losing someone you love, and it doesn't follow a timeline. You may be grieving the end of a relationship, a miscarriage, infertility, a job, a pet, your health, a life transition, or the person you thought you would become. Sometimes the people around you don't recognize your loss or expect you to "move on," leaving you to grieve in silence. Whatever your loss looks like, you deserve a space where your grief is acknowledged, honored, and supported at your own pace.
-
Trauma can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, others, or the life you want to live. Healing doesn't mean forgetting what happened. It means creating space for your story, making sense of your experiences, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been buried along the way. I'll be there to support you every step of the process.
-
Even positive changes can bring stress, uncertainty, and grief for what you're leaving behind. If you're navigating a new chapter in life, you don't have to figure it out on your own. Together, we'll make sense of the changes you're facing and help you feel more grounded as you move forward.

The journey to parenthood isn't always what we expect. Whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, adjusting to life with a new baby, navigating pregnancy or infant loss, or supporting a partner through these experiences, this season can bring a wide range of emotions. Both birthing and non-birthing parents can experience anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and identity shifts. You deserve a space to care for your own mental health, process what you're experiencing, and find support through every stage of the journey.
